What drew you to Pelican Bay? My husband, Don and I were attracted to the gorgeous beaches in Pelican Bay. The minute the tram rounded the corner down at the Sandpiper and we saw the beach, we knew we wanted to live here. It was 1992, Hurricane Andrew had struck a few weeks earlier and interest rates were relatively low for that time. I felt that it was a great time to purchase a home in Naples.
